 Alba House is a luxury 4 Star Tourism Grading and Great Comfort (Portfolio) accredited bed and breakfast. Alba House is Situated in a quiet residential area with sweeping views over the winelands, on the outskirts of town, near the N1 towards Cape Town.
The owners Ivana and John will make you most welcome in this friendly B&B. The house has a mature well maintained garden and a large swimming pool. All rooms are light and airy furnished to a very high standard.
All have en-suite facilities, ceiling fans and some air conditioning, heaters in the winter, towelling gowns and slippers for guests comfort, TV, safe, bar fridge, tea tray, hairdryer. Private garden entrances to all rooms and own patio seating.
Full South African or Continental breakfast is served in the dining room or the breakfast room. A choice of bacon and eggs (fresh from the farm), or a variety of omelettes, fresh fruit and cheeses. |

 Berghof Guesthouse is 40 minutes from Cape Town and only a few minutes from the historical centre of Paarl. This picturesque town is the 3rd oldest town in South Africa and is dominated by the 2nd largest granite outcrop in the world. It was these granite boulders glistening in the sun after some rain that inspired Abraham Gabbema, in 1657, to name the mountain "the Diamond and Pearl Mountain" from which the name Paarl was later derived.
